By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Woodwork Tech, LLC (“Woodwork Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all digital products sold through our website and affiliated platforms.

1. Digital Products & Acceptance of Terms

All products sold by Woodwork Tech are digital goods, including but not limited to CAD blocks, dynamic blocks, drawings, templates, and related digital files (“Products”).

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand:

  • The Products are digital in nature

  • Delivery is made electronically

  • No physical items will be shipped

  • All sales are final

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All Products offered by Woodwork Tech are original works created by our staff and are the exclusive intellectual property of Woodwork Tech, LLC.

  • These drawings are not obtained directly from any manufacturer or company

  • They are independent, original representations intended to closely resemble real-world products

  • Any resemblance to actual products is representational only and does not imply endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with any brand or manufacturer

Woodwork Tech retains full ownership and copyright of all Products.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for:

  • Internal business use

  • Project documentation

  • Shop drawings and client presentations

This license does not transfer ownership of the Product.

4. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced)

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce or duplicate the Products

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the Products (free or paid)

  • Upload the Products to public or private libraries, cloud folders, or shared drives accessible to others

  • Use the Products as part of a competing product, service, or block library

  • Modify the Products for the purpose of redistribution or resale

  • Claim the Products as your own work

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of our Products and immediate access upon purchase:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued.

By purchasing from Woodwork Tech, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Accuracy & Tolerances

  • All Products are created with professional care and attention to detail

  • Dimensions represented in our CAD blocks and drawings are accurate to the nearest 1/64 inch

  • These Products are intended for design, drafting, and planning purposes only

  • Final fabrication and field verification remain the responsibility of the user

Woodwork Tech is not liable for discrepancies resulting from site conditions, fabrication methods, material variances, or misuse of the Products.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woodwork Tech shall not be held liable for:

  • Errors resulting from improper use or modification of Products

  • Manufacturing or installation issues

  • Loss of profits, data, or business resulting from use of our Products

Use of our Products is at your own risk.

8. Updates to Terms

Woodwork Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
